Job Title: Telephone Account Specialist

As a Telephone Account Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming sales calls and providing excellent customer service while identifying and recommending products that best meet the customer's needs. Experience is not required for this position, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming sales calls and assisting customers with their purchases
• Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with customers
• Identifying customer needs and recommending products that best meet those needs
• Entering orders accurately and efficiently into our system
• Maintaining knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals
